Denver Zoo

We went to the zoo on Friday. Rocco wanted to wear his gorilla shirt and safari hat. He only rode in the stroller once. He walked the rest of the way. He was very grown up on this trip to the zoo.

Rocco was very interested in the map.

Of course I wanted to play on the drums.

Denver Children's Museum

Yesterday we went to the Denver Children's Museum. It was a very hot day and I thought a day at the museum would be a great way to beat the heat. We had so much fun. Rocco was very well behaved and shared with other children. This museum reminds me of everything I learned about early childhood education. I think we might need to purchase a membership.Rocco told me his picture was of a mouse.

23 days to go

I love the summer with my dude. We are having a blast and can't believe that I go back to school in 23 days. Since the time is running short, I am going to make the best of everyday with Rocco and Jim. Here are a couple pics of what we have been up to so far.
